Eclipse Sun Control Louvre Systems
Take control of the weather conditions in your own backyard with Eclipse Sun Control Louvre Systems. With the simple touch of a button, your Eclipse louvres can rotate up to 180 degrees, allowing you to alter the shading, wind penetration and natural light of your yard like never before. Made from solid extruded aluminium, our Eclipse louvres will provide additional rain protection and privacy to your home, and can interlock tightly for added stability. Eclipse products come with a 10 year guarantee.
How it works
The Eclipse Open Roof converts from a solid roof to an open louvre structure to suit prevailing weather conditions. With the touch of a button, a small 12 volt DC motor can rotate the louvre up to 180 degrees. Hand held remote and rain sensor control options are also available. The extruded Eclipse louvres have been designed to be trimmed to any length up to 3600 mm to suit any project size. Because the louvre has a slim line profile, it can fit easily into frame work and allow you to benefit from greater light control.
Eclipse louvres can be designed as "stand alone" roofing structures or else be incorporated into an existing patio structure. Single or multiple sections can be built to cover large areas. Standard installations are constructed with a steel, aluminium, timber or concrete frame. Beam sections for timber frames are 150x50mm or 200x50mm. In most cases, an internal gutter will be installed around the inside frame perimeter to direct water to a downpipe. If a project does not require full drainage, the internal gutter can be deleted or installed only at the bottom drainage end.
Our Eclipse louvre systems can be installed flat, pitched, curved or angular. It can also be used vertically as a screen.
